Follow-up: Osprey Bayfront Charrette
This August, a 7-day charrette was held to revision 14 acres between Little Sarasota Bay and Tamiami Trail in Osprey. The master plan that came out of the charrette is found here.
This was the first charrette to take place in Sarasota County in accordance with the recently adopted Planned Mixed-Use Infill (PMI) Ordinance. Dover, Kohl and Partners, an urban design and architecture firm in Miami, managed the charrette.
